Our story began over 20 years ago, and our growth has allowed us to work with a diverse range of deal sourcing, architects, planning and construction companies in the UK.
Trained through the Samuel Leeds Academy, we not only help investors, but we ethically help others wanting to start their own property companies, so don't be surprised if we turn up to a meeting with one of our students!
To this day, we remain a family run business with extensive knowledge of the market we work in. We specialise in refurbishments, planning applications, self- builds and development projects. We work closely with other established and trusted firms to deliver a whole project experience and most importantly client satisfaction, or 'client pleasure experience' as we like to call it!
We initially entered the property market through our own small projects and as our other business (health care recruitment company) grew in size, we found an ever increasing need to accommodate our professional staff. We started renting properties for this reason and built a relationship with our landlords who appreciated the security and guarantees we provided to them. Over time we have worked with a number of landlords and we expanded into running our own rental properties to accommodate our staff. We still look for properties we can manage, especially if they are close to hospitals and medical facilities, whilst some we offer for luxury guest stays. These can be booked on our website HERE.

Sourcing; we offer a bespoke sourcing option for clients who are looking for a project, we are always happy to talk about your requirements. Our costs are low and our diligence high. We would never offer something that we were not happy with ourselves. Our aim is to fully understand what our clients are looking for and to find the right deal to deliver great returns on their investment.
Based in London, we have close working relations with other deal sourcing agents and are able to cover the whole of the UK market, however we specialise predominantly in properties within England and Wales.
