We actively monitor the market and have access to properties that are not yet on the market. Through our knowledge and understanding of property prices, options and trends we identify, investigate and view properties where we see potential investment opportunity and will negotiate on those properties to achieve reduced rates that we can pass on to our clients. We perform due-diligence checks on all our sales to ensure that we are only passing on lucrative deals.
Receiving Our Investment Opportunities
When we have secured a property, we then summarise the sale information and expected investment opportunity which is circulated to our members via the mailing list (join our list at the bottom of the page). We only ever circulate a limited number of investment opportunities at a time which allows us to focus on quality.
Actions You Need To Take
When the email arrives, it contains full instructions on how to register your interest in the property. The instructions must be followed to the letter, otherwise you may miss out, as we operate on a first come first served basis.
After You Have Registered Your Interest
If you were the first to register we will be calling you back the same day to discuss the property in relation to your requirements and to ensure the deal is right for you. If you don't answer your phone when we call, we may move on to the next interested party.
When we are both satisfied with the particulars of the deal, we will send a contract and once you have read and understood this, you will need to sign and return it to us. We will not reserve the property for you until the Finders Fee as stipulated on the email (which varies on the value of the deal), has been paid in full.
If payment is delayed, you will miss out on the deal as we will move on to the next interested party in order to be fair to everyone.
After Making A Purchase
We take care of securing the deal for you and ensure your onboarding process with the third party is stress free. We follow up with you to ensure the hand over of keys and completion is a success.
Your Security
You are protected by a 14 Day Cooling-Off Period and the right to a full refund minus a small administration fee of £250. Alternatively we will find you another property that meets your needs. Full T&C's will be included within your contract.
We are not all about finding deals for clients, we often need our own properties to manage!
We might contact you about a property you own or rent, for our own needs. As directors of other successful companies, we often have a need to house our Professional Healthcare staff.
